RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount.
Only the costs for returning to the webshop address are at your own expense. These costs depend on the country you ship from, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. If this is not the case, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred and no refund will be given.
In the event of damage to the item, please provide us with a photo of the problem and/or defect by email after submitting the return request online. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We do not provide a guarantee for broken handles or accessories that come loose on or on our bags.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS
All exchange requests will be processed as a refund. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Your order will be fully refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Submit a help ticket via our contact page if you decide to cancel the order. Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
We will NOT accept a cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
