RETURNS


Your purchase can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Articles must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred and no refunds will be made. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In case of damage to the item, please provide us with a photo of the problem and / or defect by email after submitting the return request online. We will issue a refund via your original payment method within 5 working days.

FRIENDLY REMINDER
All addresses on the package are not accepted as return addresses. Returned packages without an authorized return address from our support team representatives will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS
All exchange requests are processed as a refund. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the purchase for a refund and place a new order.

CANCEL ORDER
Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Submit a help ticket through our contact page if you decide to cancel the order. Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

We DO NOT accept a cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

All prices on our website ibizarituals.com are stated in Euros. The stated prices are final prices and include any applicable delivery costs and sales tax ( VAT ) at the applicable statutory rate.

For orders over  100.00€  we have a free delivery service in the European countries. We charge  9.95€  for orders below  100.00€.

All articles remain our property, where appropriate, until full payment of the purchase price.
