Our online shop offers unique fashion items from independent designers. Our team inspects every item before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it and get your money back. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

ORDER PROCESS
After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your shipment. Make sure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are lost.

If you or your neighbors are not at home, the carrier will alternatively try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address after the order has been shipped. We cannot resend your package if it is not collected.

SHIPPING RATES
For orders over 150.00€ we have a free delivery service Worldwide. For smaller orders the delivery costs are 5.95€. For other international deliveries we charge 12.50€ for an order amount below 150.00€
